How do you ship my order?

Shipping policy

DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 13:00 GMT Monday to Friday within 24 hours. Orders placed after 13:00 GMT will be despatched the next working day. For example, if you place your order after 13:00 GMT on a Friday or over the weekend, we will despatch it the following Monday.

How long does the order take to be delivered?

UK DELIVERY

We aim to process your order within 24 hours and we would advice 3-5 working days for Free delivery option for UK Only. (Please note this is not a tracked service so we are not responsible for any lost parcels)

Tracked option takes 1-2 working days for a small fee of £4.99

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All International Orders may take 5-12 working days, as they are tracked services we will email you the tracking details once processed.

How can I find your international delivery information?

We currently only process international shipping to Canada, U.S., Australia, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy and Netherlands. However, please contact us to process any international orders to other countries. (Shipping charges may apply automatically at the checkout) Email sakhijewellers@outlook.com for further, we are always happy to help with your enquiries.

What is the return policy on orders?

We accept return on order if they are faulty or incorrect item, but we advise customers to contact us as soon as possible to we can resolve the issue. The return postage fees may not be refunded in this case.

How can I pay for my order?

You can use debit/credit card payments. Our payment system is secure and we take great care in keeping your details safe. International orders may be subject to exchange rate depending on your bank.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

We aim to do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the timeframe specified above.

Occasionally however due to situations beyond our control, there may be a slight delay to the delivery of your parcel.

 

UK DELIVERY

All our tracked service parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is delayed or missing, let us know and we will act quickly to help locate it. Whilst it is with the courier, we cannot be held responsible for the delays, however we can liaise with the courier with the aim to track down parcels that are delayed or missing.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Items are classed as missing in transit by our couriers if they haven’t arrived within 28 days from the date of despatch.

Can I return an Item I dislike?

We do not refund or exchange any used and worn jewellery for hygiene purposes.
