How do you ship my order?
All your orders are shipped via Royal Mail in the UK and may vary with International orders depending on the country.
How long does the order take to be delivered?
We aim to process your order within within 24 hours and we would advice 3-5 working days for FREE delivery option. All international Order may take 5-12 working days and please contact us for special/next day delivery options.
How can I find your international delivery information?
We currently only process international shipping to Canada, U.S., Australia, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy and Netherlands. However, please contact us to process any international orders to other countries. What is the return policy on orders?
We accept return on order if they are faulty or incorrect item, but we advise customers to contact us as soon as possible to we can resolve the issue. The return postage fees may not be refunded in this case.

Please allow maximum 5 working days for you order to arrive, all our orders are tracked via Royal Mail, hence we will try our best to resolve any issues. International delivery times vary depending on various circumstances, hence it is advised make orders ahead of time.
What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?
Most of our orders fit through the door, if that option is not available, you would have to collect from your nearest Royal Mail depot.
Can I return an Item I dislike?
We do not refund or exchange any used and worn jewellery for hygiene purposes.
